The F&B AI Marketing Audit

Fifteen questions. Four minutes. A score out of 45, and the one thing worth fixing first.

Six weeks ago, if you asked ChatGPT to recommend foodservice software, Allsop came up fifth. They're second now. Their buyers had started asking a machine instead of typing into Google, and nobody had told them.

Most food and drink businesses are in the same position. Already paying for AI tools. Getting almost nothing back.

Foodscape.tif

Your website and copy. Your LinkedIn and visibility. Your proposal and pitch process. Your customer data. How your team actually uses AI day to day.

What it looks at

Owners, marketing leads and commercial directors in food, drink, hospitality and foodservice. You don't need to know anything about AI. That's rather the point.

Who it's for

A score out of 45 with your weakest area named. A written breakdown by email. Then 30 minutes with me to fix the biggest thing on the list. You keep the fix whether or not you ever work with me. Five sessions a week. That's all I have.

What you get

Michael Dykes, 25 years in this industry. I rebranded Wickes' paint and bathroom packaging, from concept through to market positioning, in-store signage and exterior signage. Brochure and retail signage design for M&S. Packaging redesign across 3M's adhesive range. Creative Director at Bidfood. The Majestic Wine rebrand, rolled out across more than 200 stores.

Who runs it

FAQ's

How long does the audit take?

About four minutes. It's fifteen multiple-choice questions, and you don't need to prepare anything or look anything up.

What happens in the 30 minutes?

We take the weakest area your score flagged and fix the biggest thing in it. You leave with something you can use that week, whether that's a proposal template, a tone of voice brief, or a plan for getting your business found in AI search.

What does it cost?
The audit and the 30-minute session are both free. Ongoing work starts from £400 a month, and we'd agree the shape of it based on what your business needs and how involved you want me to be.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. The audit is written for people who suspect they should be doing more with AI and don't know where to start.

Who is it for?

Owners, marketing leads and commercial directors in food, drink, hospitality and foodservice. It works best if you have a website, a sales process and at least a couple of people, because that's where the time savings show up.

Will I get sold to?

No. You keep whatever we fix in the session whether or not you ever work with me, and I'll tell you plainly if I don't think I can help.

Why are there only five sessions a week?

Because I run them myself and I prepare for each one properly. When they're gone for a week, they're gone.
